The
capture of proven Super League flyer Lee Greenwood was seen as a
coup in some quarters. The 26 year old winger came through the
system at Sheffield, switching to home town Halifax a season later
before moving to London where his try scoring record was nothing
short of prolific. A loan switch last season saw him end the term
with Huddersfield Giants and despite other Super League interest,
the tall winger then linked up with the Centurions for 2006.
He is likely to slot into an exciting looking
backline as the Centurions aim to bounce back from their
disappointing 2005.
